Frequently Asked Questions


​If we have never worked together before, you may have a few questions in your heart.  Below are the most frequent questions I am asked.  So grab a cuppa and have a little read.  I hope that helps,  if not please email me for further information.
Yes! I would like to book an appointment! how can I contact you?
There are several ways.  Firstly you can use the 'contact me' button throughout the site, or you may prefer to email me directly at, katelomax@me.com.  You could text me on 07442179771, or What's App me on the same number.   However you choose to make your initial contact, please remember your name and full contact number or email details. Thank you!
 how do I pay you? Do I have to give you my credit or debit card details?
No. I do not require your credit or debit card details.  I invoice you via Paypal, usually the day before your appointment, so you may pay prior to your consultation.  You can pay Paypal either with your Paypal account or using a debit or credit card if you don't have a Paypal account.  
How long does my consultation last?
If this is your first appointment, I book you in for an hour. Should we exceed the hour by a significant amount, I will invoice you pro-rata for the extra time, however, consultations rarely exceed this time, unless the client has specifically requested a longer appointment.   If this is not your first initial appointment and you are a returning client, you may only wish to discuss one small issue, in which case you may book a half hour slot.  Again, should we exceed the time booked significantly, I will adjust my charge accordingly. 
Do I come and visit you?
No.  All consultations are conducted over the telephone.  You ring either my mobile number, or, if you are UK based, I can call you,  Please also see the question below for more detail.  My mobile number 07442 179771
How do we connect? Though skype or the telephone?
I will connect with you via What'sApp if you are overseas or telephone if you are in the U.K.  If you are overseas and do not have What'sApp installed on your mobile or computer, then you need to call me at your own cost.  If you do have What'sApp, be sure to add me to your contacts so I appear on your What'sApp contacts too!
Can I take notes & ask questions?
Of course.  However, regarding notes, purely as a courtesy, I do digitally record your consultation and send this to you via email as an mp3 file afterwards.  However, taking notes is a great back up.  Of course you may ask questions during our chat or afterwards.
How often should I consult with you?
That is entirely up to you. I have business folk that consult once a week to get a focus on their week ahead, whereas others might consult me every year.  Many others somewhere in between.  Around every three to six months I guess is average.  It depends on the individual and the role I play in their life.  There are times when you may feel the need for that focus more or less frequently, depending on what is happening in your life. 
Do I have to be in the United Kingdom to book an appointment?
Gosh no!  I have clients around the globe. America, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, both North and South, Singapore, India,  UAE, France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Italy, Venice, Spain, and lots of places in between.  In America I think I have clients in every state.  Distance is no object because we are using telecommunication. If you have a telephone, we can talk. Paypal is global too, so there are very few geographic boundaries.
